On-site team headshots at a Barcelona offsite

Timing: We arrived 90 minutes before the first portrait, giving us plenty of time to find the best location, and prepare our equipment.

Space: The hotel reserved a large meeting room for us. We setup a client preparation area (for the clients to do last minute checks), our Mobile Portrait Studio (utilising our signature lighting) and our Selection Station (where the client views and selects their favourite headshots – with our professional help). 

Equipment footprint: Small and tidy – ideal for offices and hotel rooms. 

We were on site for about 5.5 hours including location scouting, setup, shooting, selections, and pack down.

The flow for each person – about 15 minutes total:

1) Preparation: Before standing infront of the camera, the client does a final check in our prep area (which includes a mirror, lint brush, hair clips etc).

2) Shoot: 8 minutes. Our professional photographer is trained in facial expressional coaching, and fully guides your team members, so no one needs to know how to pose.

3) Selection: about 5 minutes. While our lead photographer works with the next team member, our assistant reviews the best 8 images and helps the previous person choose their 2 favourites headshots – one more formal and one more relaxed.
