Can portrait days be organised on campus?
Yes. Most portrait days take place on campus, using our signature professional lighting setup, that can be installed in a classroom, office or meeting space. Sessions can also be organised at our studio if preferred.
How many students can be photographed in one day?
Portrait days are designed to run efficiently, and normally take less than ten minutes per student. Depending on the schedule and setup, it is usually possible to photograph up to 50 people in a single day while maintaining professional results.
How is pricing structured for portrait days?
Pricing is based on the number of participants. In most cases, the institution books the portrait day for the group, with one retouched image included per participant. Additional images can be purchased individually if required.
Can students purchase additional images individually?
Yes. In most cases, the students select their included image immediately after we photograph them, which keeps the portrait moving quickly. If additional images are required, they can be selected at the time of the shoot, or a private gallery can be provided afterwards so participants can choose extra photos individually, without adding administrative work for the school.
How long do you spend with each student?
Each portrait session usually takes between five to ten minutes per person. The workflow is designed to be fast and well organised, while still giving every participant clear guidance and enough time to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Do you travel outside Barcelona?
Yes. Portrait days can be organised in Barcelona and throughout Spain, and we regularly work with international institutions visiting the city for executive programmes and short courses.
